Has my order been taken into account?

Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email which summarizes the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. If necessary, I invite you to contact me indicating the date and your order number.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

After receiving your order confirmation email, you can no longer cancel or modify it. However, you will be able to return the items after receipt for a refund. The return costs will then be your responsibility.

I received a defective or damaged product, what should I do?

First of all, my apologies! Despite all the care taken with your order, it may happen that your package is damaged during transport. If this is the case, write to me at with photos of the damaged product and I will provide you with instructions for correcting this anomaly.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the status of your order on the carrier's website using your transport number available in your account and in the shipping confirmation email.

What are the countries, delivery methods and costs?

Prices vary depending on weight, method and location of delivery (Mondial Relay or Colissimo).
List of countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Germany.
Shipping costs are calculated at the basket validation stage.

In what cases do you accept returns?

If, despite all the care taken with your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility.

You will need to contact Paper and Memories by e-mail ( ) and the return instructions will be communicated to you. The return package must contain the product you wish to return, your order number and your contact details.
